Wind Direct integrates closely with the wider Wind Prospect group and likewise has grown out of a culture based on trust, accountability and devolution of responsibility.

The company is owned and run by its employees, meaning that everyone within Wind Direct shares common goals and interests that ultimately benefit the business. This is something that has extended beyond the work place as a natural course, with many colleagues choosing to share in social activities together, including sports, music, culture and travel.
Social events are organised by individuals within Wind Direct but more often than not are spontaneous and involve colleagues from across the Wind Prospect group.
