We take care of the planning aspects of our clients' projects and since our first consent in 1995, have achieved a planning success rate of over 90%.

This success is attributable to our team's in-depth knowledge of the UK planning system and through only proposing sites which we believe to be suitable in terms of their size, scale and nature.

The portfolio of sites shown below consists of those that are generating green energy for our clients and those for which the team has achieved planning permission and are therefore awaiting financial close or construction.
